I am happy to see that functional movement is finally arriving in our daily life. It is for a long time part of martial arts training. And in China, they practice with elderly people figures from various martial arts to strengthen their bodies towards every days’ movements e.g., having a better stance or a better balance. We cannot change all the movements that we have to perform during our daily job, but we can train our body and muscles to execute them more healthily.
