Finally, all come back to assumptions. Our whole life is made up of assumptions, and they are framing us. Assumptions are set by others, and assumptions are set by us. And we are often not consciously aware that assumptions exist. But they are shaping our thinking and behavior.
How to change it?
First, become aware of the assumptions surrounding you. It needs training in conscious awareness to see them. Then, question the assumptions. Write down alternative options, hypotheses. Every assumption is an opportunity to renew and innovate your thinking and behavior apart from the mass.
